About Us Madhouse is a long standing Fashion retailer on the high street. We have and continue to offer designer names and brands at a heavily discounted price. Including the likes of Everlast, Lee Cooper, Pringle, Nike, Calvin Klein. As well as some of our more quirky, funny own brands such as Lunch Box and Slightly Obscene.
With our new website we are going to make shopping with us even easier. Have a look around. And more importantly stay MAD!!!

Making A Purchase Making A Purchase An email will be sent to you to acknowledge receipt of the order. We will not fully accept your order until it has been sent out, at this point the purchase contract is completed and you will be charged via the payment method you have specified. We will also send you an email letting you know that your goods have been dispatched.
We only accept orders from within the UK.
The Distance Selling Regulations give you the right to change your mind and cancel an order within seven working days of the order being accepted. If you do decide to cancel your order, you should put this in writing by email, fax or letter with a proof of postage certificate. A telephone call is not sufficient.
Due to demand items may not be immediately available. If so, we will email you with an expected availability date. If this date is not acceptable to you, please send a reply email and we will process a refund. If the item has sold out, we will send you an email informing you and refund your money to your card.
We reserve the right not to accept any order for reasons including lack of available stock, non authorization of payment and errors in pricing and product information.
If there are any problems with your order we will contact you as soon as possible. All cards used for purchase are checked and authorized. If a payment cannot be authorized we will be unable to send out your order but will contact you as soon as possible to let you know. We will not be liable for any delay on delivery as a result.
Pricing: All product prices shown on the Madhouse web site include VAT and the total cost of your order will include your delivery charge.
All goods are subject to availability and prices of products may change from time to time. We reserve the right to change the price of any item on the web site if we discover it has been priced in error. If the price of the goods you have ordered has changed from the amount set out on the web site when you placed the order with us, we will contact you asking if you wish to proceed.
Product Information: We take every effort to display items as accurately as possible. Colour representations depend on your monitor so colours and visual representation may vary.
Sizing and measurements may vary with different brands and are therefore only approximates but we do try to be as accurate as possible.
Prices and size availability are liable to change without notice.
Variations may occur in our descriptions and garment details, so we reserve the right to refuse or alter orders where information errors have occurred. Shipping And Handling We will only despatch to the UK invoice address. Delivery Schedule Orders will be dispatched when payment has been confirmed.
Deliveries will be made only to the UK address of the Card holder.
Items will be sent by Royal Mail with a proof of postage certificate and are expected to arrive within 3 - 5 working days following your order being accepted.
If Royal Mail is unsuccessful in their attempt to deliver a parcel, they will leave a card stating the date and time and giving you options for redelivery or collection.
If the goods do not arrive, Royal Mail suggests you wait 15 days before contacting them.
We cannot take responsibility for any items not recieved by Royal Mail and therefore you will need to contact your local sorting office directly.
Delivery cost is £3.95 anywhere in the UK. |

* All orders are shipped from the UK. Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. Returns Policy Returns Policy You cannot return underwear, swimwear, pierced jewellery or worn goods due to hygiene reasons, so please take extra care when making an order.
Refunds will only be made if returned within 14 days of order being delivered.
All items are inspected before dispatch but if you find an item is faulty we will make a refund of the purchase price of the item.

Customers are responsible for the return postage and goods must be sent with PROOF OF DELIVERY, not proof of dispatch, as we cannot refund anything until we have received the returned goods. We cannot take responsibility for any returned goods that do not arrive at our offices or are lost in transit.
The refund will be processed once your goods have been received. Please allow at least 5 working days for the refund to show on your card account. We will refund to the card used in the original purchase. If you have any problem with the refund or your card, please email customerservices@madhouse.co.uk and we will be pleased to help.
If the whole order is not returned then a refund will be made on the individual items, unless it is a multi item offer when all items in the offer must be returned to get a full offer refund. If you wish to keep one of the offer items you will be charged the normal price (outside the offer), for the retained item and the balance refunded.
Please complete the form for returning your goods (this comes with your delivery package), and ensure it is sent back in your return package.
Return all goods by post to: Madhouse (Internet Dept), Unit 1, Broadwalk Shopping Centre, Station Road, Edgware, HA8 7BD.
Price tickets, labels and packaging must be on all items returned. Goods must be in the original saleable condition in order for a refund to be made.
Original postage will only be refunded if an item is faulty, or if the wrong item has been sent. In either case the whole order must be returned.
In addition to our Returns Policy outlined above you have seven working days under the Distance Selling Regulations, to cancel your purchase. |
