Delivery Schedule Orders will be dispatched when payment has been confirmed.

* For UK deliveries the order will be made only to the UK address of the card holder.
* For EU deliveries the order will be made only to the EU address of the card holder.

Other Information:

* All orders are shipped from the UK. Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs office.

* Items will be sent by Royal Mail with a proof of postage certificate and are expected to arrive within 3 - 5 working days following your order being accepted.

* If Royal Mail is unsuccessful in their attempt to deliver a parcel, they will leave a card stating the date and time and giving you options for redelivery or collection.

* If the goods do not arrive, Royal Mail suggests you wait 15 days before contacting them.

* We cannot take responsibility for any items not recieved by Royal Mail and therefore you will need to contact your local sorting office directly.
